the stage before u are actually ready to accept help for your mental health and u try to convince yourself that “i bet i’m overreacting! there’s nothing wrong with me. i shouldn’t make/have made this appointment!” yeah that. just wanna let u know that it’s completely normal and it happens to almost everyone. but u are allowed to seek help. it doesn’t make u weak and u are not overreacting in any way. u can do this!
